Your booking is confirmed once you confirm date and headcount by email, whether you pay straight away or your finance team pays by invoice later. Cancelling more than 14 days before is free. Between 14 and 7 days before, 50% is charged. Within 7 days, the full booking is charged. The headcount can go down until 3 days before.
